Our first MasterClass of the New Year is here!

Darren Sherborne will discuss what employers need to know about redundancy.

This will be a refresher of the law for those who have been dealing with redundancies as well as an update on recent legal developments.

Furthermore, Darren will present a step by step guide to redundancy and will run through a hypothetical consultation. In more detail, you will have the chance to discuss collective and individual consultation, pools of selection and the often neglected, obligation to look for alternatives.

Finally, there will be a chance to explore any questions regarding redundancy consultation, including common mistakes and misconceptions.
