Whether you’ve never dealt with redundancy before, or need a refresher, this session will assist HR professionals, owner managers and Operations or Finance Directors to design and manage a redundancy process. This is a 3-hour training session designed for those who need to design and manage a redundancy process.
The course is designed and delivered by two experienced employment lawyers, both with a strong track record of challenging and defending redundancy dismissals in the Employment Tribunal.
This training will benefit HR professionals, owner managers and Operations or Finance Directors. It is suitable for the HR beginner, or as a refresher to the more seasoned HR and Managerial professional.
The course will equip you with the knowledge you need to plan and carry out a redundancy process form start to finish, complete with example letters.
